Apologies! I haven’t sent out a free story in a few weeks. Been busy with my Swords & Heroes Anthology - which is wrapping up in 6 days. It funded (so thanks for that!), but we could still hit our stretch goal which means more rewards!
This antho boasts 12 exciting adventures. I’m really proud of this project. E-book for only $5 but paperback and hardcover editions are available as well. Get it before it goes up on Amazon and add-on a few fun extras unavailable elsewhere. :-)
We “Kickstarter Authors” are a pretty supportive bunch and like to share other campaigns that might be of interest. Here are a few for you to consider. Doesn’t hurt to click the link and see what each project as to offer!
Dragon Shifters Hoard trilogy by Eileen Mueller and A.J. Ponder - an exciting fantasy with dragon shifters, mages and Fae, along with sizzling attraction, mistrust, and dangerous political intrigue. This Kickstarter is in its final hours. I just backed it.
Another one is Storm Totem by Derek Alan Siddoway is a monster taming fantasy novel & audiobook and a sequel to Beast Mage. What’s cool about backing projects via Kickstarter is that you get to “build” your own set of rewards. So while this is Book 2, you can get Book 1 as well. Here’s the cool cover. Looks pretty cool, I think.
And just a couple more.
+ Children of the Night - Volume One: Chaos (A Cyberpunk Detective Story) by Nathan Ferguson
+ The Immortal Voices by Jo Holloway (Fantasy for animal lovers!)
+ Faerie Hearts: A Romantic Fantasy Collection by Anthea Sharp - Tales of love and adventure set in worlds ranging from Ancient Celtic moors to an enchanted forest, where romance and magic reign.
Can you tell I get a kick out of Kickstarter? At any rate, what projects interest you? Have you backed any recently? Tell me about them in the comments.
I’m on vacation next week (brother and sister-in-law coming to visit us here in PR) so I’ll likely miss another #FreeFictionFriday - but in a few weeks, I promise I’ll send out another free story for you to enjoy. Until the, keep reading! - Lyn Perry
